Camping Trip

We took the girls on their first camping trip this summer. Hayley had been asking to go camping many times, so when Aaron, Scott's friend/co-worker, asked us to join his family and some of his friends at Lake Hartwell, we thought that would be great! We could go with friends who can show us the ropes. Aaron had everything we needed and let us borrow his extra tent, sleeping bags, etc. He even cooked our meals for us. All we had to do was show up! The girls had a great time and slept fairly well considering it was their first night sleeping in a tent. They enjoyed time on the lake riding jet skis, swimming, and tubing. At night, we cooked out hamburgers and hot dogs for dinner and made s'mores. Yum! It was a great time to relax and be outdoors. The girls are already asking when we can go again!
