Hayley had her first field trip this school year to Fisher's Orchard. The weather was cool and cloudy, but the rain held off until we were riding home. She was most excited about her first ride on the school bus and a special trail mix snack that they made to take on the field trip. We took a wagon ride through the orchards, went through a maze, then picked some apples and a pumpkin. Hayley also enjoyed petting the bunnies that were there. She is always talking about wanting a bunny. She reminds me often that when she grows up and can make her own decisions, she will have a bunny, a bird, and a cat. When it was time to go home, Hayley insisted on riding back to school on the bus instead of riding home with me. She just couldn't get enough!
