Ladybug Basketball

Hayley finished up a third year of playing basketball for Brookwood.  This year she played on a 1st/2nd grade girls team called the "Ladybugs" with many of her friends.  Despite a losing record, the ladybugs showed much improvement throughout the season.  Hayley learned to handle the ball better and became a great defensive player.  The Ladybug parents were a lot of fun and came up with all kinds of creative ideas each week to support the girls and provide a lively cheering section.  The last game was really special for the players because one of the ladybug Dads had access to a huge RV.  He arranged to drive the girls around the parking lot and arrive at the game in style.  The girls also got to ride the RV to Stevie B's where they got to celebrate a fun season with pizza and trophies!  Go Ladybugs!
