Spring Break couldn't get here fast enough. I think Hayley and I were ready for a break from school and our daily routine. I began my spring break going to Charleston with Scott for the Bridge Run. I look forward to this trip each year. We stayed with some friends in Mt. Pleasant and had a great time, despite the chilly weather. We both got PRs on the 10K race and were excited about that! Especially since we had to dodge all the people! We were able to go out with our friends after the race and enjoy downtown Charleston. After the Charleston trip, I took the girls to the beach along with my mom. We met up with my sister and her boys at Ocean Isle. They recently bought a beautiful house at OIB, and this was the first time we were able to spend time there. The weather was really warm and we spent lots of time on the beach. Hayley and Ella were so excited to be able to spend time with their cousins. They all four played well together and entertained themselves with the sand and attempting to get into the ocean. I love watching all the kids play together. Ella did great keeping up with the older kids, but she was so worn out at night!

All the cousins playing in the ocean...Brrr!
We returned home from the beach on Friday, in time for Scott and I to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary. I can't believe that we have been married for 11 years. Time flies!
We celebrated by going out and staying in downtown Greenville. It was so nice to have time together and then got to sleep in and go to breakfast. We spend most of our time eating and hanging out at Soby's. I am so blessed to be married to such a wonderful husband. I can't imagine life without Scott. He supports me in so many ways. I look forward to each anniversary when we can have time together to celebrate our marriage. Happy 11th Anniversary Scott! Here's to many more happy years together!
